Our deluxe room with a double bed was adequate for an adult and a child, neither large nor tiny just enough. It was air conditioned and cleaned daily with toiletry, linen and towels replenished. All the staff were great, especially Harriet, Veronica, Rebecca and Faith who attended to us throughout our stay. We arrived in the afternoon; the hotel does not serve afternoon tea, so I requested a complimentary tea station and it was delivered to our room immediately. We booked half board inclusive breakfast and dinner; we opted to have lunch on the go during our excursions. Breakfast is buffet, basic fare nothing memorable. Lunch/dinner is ala carte, the menu was a bit limited; but our dinner options were always delicious and made with fresh ingredients, compliments to Chef Amani; and the big girl cocktails were nice and potent, regards to the mixologist. We enjoyed the pool, it was child friendly and private. The hotel was serene and quiet, because of its size it is not crowded, no noise or disturbances, very little traffic from day guests. The bed was comfy and we slept well. Shower, small but adequate with bidet and great water pressure. Lots of daytime activities nearby for families including Mamba Village, Wild Waters, Fort Jesus, Haller Park, Mombasa town/ferry ride etc. Ubers are easily accessible, and Nyali Centre and City Mall are a short distance away if seeking shopping or entertainment. Great value for money, would highly recommend the hotel for small families/short stays/budget vacation/travelling for work.

I was pleasantly amazed on arrival to this property as I can tell you that the house photos on social media DO NOT do this place justice at all !! This is a place where you ought to come and EXPERIENCE for yourself . As the place is such a beauty that you wouldn’t want to leave . Receptionist - Veronicah dealt with all our inquiries and let me say she’s so lovely , patient and always at your service willing to help anytime ! And that’s the face of customer service right there ! Boniface (Reception) - was so friendly and helpful in assisting me in navigating the local . Faith was our helpdesk lady , she contacted us well earlier to confirm our booking and inquire we needed any assistance and she was gracious enough to organise transfer from the airport to the hotel . Which I must say the selected driver Alex Makau was really lovely , friendly and I love the story telling part of him just familiarising us with the place . Moris was always at our service , when it came to serving us breakfast and showcasing the foods at the buffet area. I would say , for you to have the FULL EXPERIENCE of MOMBASA , you must come to PRIDE INN NYALI . It’s a haven that deserves showcasing ! They offer an array of various delicacies to choose from when it comes to food and I love that the kitchen doesn’t close until 10pm for dinner . If you need anything sorted get in contact with Veronicah & Faith they will be glad to help you . Overall 10:10 would RECOMMEND!!

This is an absolute gem. The location is good and safe. It’s a quiet place good for relaxation. I loved the spacious room with air condition, fan, bar fridge and comfortable bed. The room was kept clean every day. No mosquitos at all. The flexibility of cleaning the room at time convenient to me gave me space and time to relax and manage my errands effectively. The welcoming and friendly staff was a top up. They were always available to provide good service even in the early hours of the morning. The swimming pool is so big and tidy. I cannot forget the surprise birthday cake they brought me singing a birthday song. Woow! I was so impressed. They made my day so special. Thank you so much Prideinn team.

The facility was renovated from my last visit a few yrs ago hence what you see in the profile pics is exactly the true pic . The staff were very friendly and accommodative. For short stays it is very ideal and located a walking distance near malls and eateries.Access is also very convenient. If you are looking for a beach front property or a walking distance to the beach then this is not ideal for you. Otherwise, it is excellent for the impromptu stop over en route, short stay, business short travel etc. For family vacay, they have another branch that next to the beach

Staff were welcoming and pleasant. James was a friendly warm face and treated us to an upgrade. Cosmas was on hand with timely drinks deliveries, he served amazing cocktails. A large comfortable room with a great couch. The pool area was quiet and serene. The food was delicious, we had seafood, pilau and even some Indian food which were all tasty. The breakfast buffet was also one that could not be missed with great service from the staff also on display.
